Orders & Shipping

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days from our Melbourne studio. During launches, promotional periods, or holidays, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Please note that Australia Post requires either an email address or phone number for all deliveries. Please ensure this information is provided when placing your order.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Lusso Collective cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

Yes, we offer complimentary standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $130 AUD. Standard shipping is otherwise charged at a flat rate of $15 AUD.

Do you ship internationally?

Please note that we are currently unable to ship perfumes internationally due to Dangerous Goods regulations related to their alcohol content. This is a temporary restriction until further notice.

My parcel is delayed, what should I do?

We do our best to ensure all orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframes provided by our shipping partners. Please note that occasional delays can occur, particularly during peak periods or for rural areas across Australia.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

My item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect

We’re so sorry to hear this. Please email contact@lussocollective.com.au within 5 days of delivery, including your order number and photographs of the item and packaging, so we can review this for you and assist as quickly as possible.

 


 

Fragrance & Products

Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. Lusso Collective is an authorised stockist of every brand we carry, with all products sourced directly from official distributors and fragrance houses.

We do not support Grey Market or Parallel importing. All our products are authentic and sourced directly from the brands themselves or from authorised distributors.

How should I store my fragrance?

We recommend storing fragrances away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity to help preserve the scent over time.

How can I make my fragrance last longer?

For best results, apply fragrance to pulse points such as the wrists, neck and behind the ears. Fragrance generally lasts longer on moisturised skin, so applying an unscented moisturiser beforehand can help improve longevity.

Do you offer samples?

Selected orders may include complimentary samples depending on availability. We also offer discovery sets from selected brands, allowing you to explore a collection of fragrances before committing to a full-size bottle.

I saw a product previously and now it’s gone

Some of our brands produce in small batches and certain products may sell out or become temporarily unavailable. If there’s something you’re searching for, please feel free to contact us, our team will always do our best to assist and, where possible, let you know when the next batch is expected to arrive.

Lusso Collective operates primarily online, alongside a curated network of stockists across Australia and New Zealand. You can also explore our stockist list to find a location near you.
